THIS IS HOW I ONBOARD A NEW CLIENT:
1. Discovery call: we get together (often on Zoom!) for a chat, and also fill out my New Client Questionnaire
2. Scope of work: once we've discussed what you need, I will send you a proposal clarifying the project scope
3. Quote phase: depending on the project type, I will quote a set package rate or an hourly rate
4. Making it happen: as soon as you give me the first project brief, I’ll go off and get the work done!
5. Quality and reassurance: all projects are quoted to INCLUDE research, writing, editing, proofreading PLUS two free rounds of changes
I also have confidentiality agreements in place to protect your IP or I am happy to sign your agreements.

Rachel Boros
Hi, I’m Rachel, a Perth Copywriter, and Owner of SB Creations.
It's only natural to want to know a little more about me before we start working together!
So here are three facts about me!

I have an unusual birthday

I love to drink endless cups of tea while working

I can recite every episode of the TV show ‘Friends’.
Outside of work, I enjoy being bossed around by my two adorable kids while running their after-school social lives. Our energetic dog, Barney, also needs his equal share of attention.
When time allows, I enjoy attending Park Run, heading off for a bike ride, or going hiking. I also help run a local book club.
Professional experience
I'm proud to hold a degree in Communications & Marketing, and I also worked as a Marketing Coordinator for almost a decade.
