THIS IS HOW I ONBOARD A NEW CLIENT:
1. Discovery call: we get together on Skype or Zoom for a chat, and also fill out my New Client Questionnaire
2. Scope of work: once we've discussed what you need, I will send you a proposal clarifying the project scope
3. Quote phase: depending on the project type, I will quote a set package rate or an hourly rate
4. Making it happen: as soon as you give me the first project brief, I’ll go off and get the work done!
5. Quality and reassurance: all projects are quoted to INCLUDE research, writing, editing, proofreading (and for copywriting also SEO optimization) - PLUS two free rounds of changes
I also have confidentiality agreements in place to protect your IP or I am happy to sign your agreements.

My proofreading services are happily serving several clients every month and turnaround times can be fairly quick. I'll check for typos and obvious formatting issues so you can relax knowing your content is going out into the world as good as it can be.

With editing, we go deeper into the structure of the copy. The process mixes things up by moving sections, re-writing paragraphs, and culling unnecessary words. It still involves proofreading, and obviously takes a little longer.

Outside of work, I enjoy being bossed around by my two adorable kids while running their after-school social lives. When time allows, I enjoy a bike ride or going hiking. And I enjoy a nice glass of wine with my Book Club too.

I'm proud to hold a degree in Communications & Marketing, and I also worked as a Marketing Coordinator for almost a decade. Since starting SB Creations, I have gained so much more experience, building on those foundations from early in my career.
